Gilad Preger
CEO, President & Chairman
Gilad founded EPR Systems in 2000.
As CEO, Gilad is in charge of business development and steering the company into new directions and challenges. In addition, Gilad is responsible for organizational mapping and creating joint ventures with other companies.
Prior to founding EPR Systems, Gilad served as fundraising manager for educational institutions.
He has a B.Ed. and has been a lecturer in the students' program at the The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Kathi Pletzke
Director of North American Operations
Kathi is currently the Director of N. American Operations for EPR USA, an international software company specializing in Fire Software and Business Intelligence.
Kathi has over 25 years of leadership experience in government IT. In 2015, she retired from the Town of Longboat Key. Her leadership and vision at the Town led to developing innovative Public Safety & building solutions as well as government transparency software that received State and National awards.
Kathi was named the International Women’s Leadership Association’s Top Female Executive in IT for 2015-2016.
Avi Wach
COO
Avishai joined the company in 2010 and is currently the Operations Manager.
In his previous position, Avishai was CEO of an association for the promotion of culture, and before that worked in the field of data security and integration at companies such as VCIX, IBM and Applettix.
Avishai holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in software engineering.
Benny Shalev
VP Project Management
Benny joined the company in 2004 and today holds the position of Project Manager.
Previously, he Managed the Customer Service Department and was in charge of integration in the Billing Division.
He also worked in the Transport Division of ECI Telecom.
Benny studied business administration and economics, and has a degree in education & electronic engineering.
